I can urinate in cubicles most of the time only misfire in bed small toilets. Same as open door cubicle I'm usually fine unless there someone that can see me. I've succeeded on urinals also. Do I just keep practising open doors

Yes, of course. Practising is the key to eventual recovery. The more often, the sooner that recovery will come. And doing it with the cubicle door open is a good idea. It’s what plenty of non-paruretics do all the time, even in preference to many wall bowls being available. You will know that only by being a seasoned wall bowl user, which you haven’t yet become.

So these days, using the cubicle with the door open does not announce that you have a problem, because it’s what a lot of men are doing. And it’s an obvious step towards using wall bowls where there are partitions. The next step is to using wall bowls where there are no partitions.

Yeah, I had noticed that too.
Normally they are not true paruretics, as they leave the door open and/or are not worried about the amount of noise they make while urinating etc. (while AP'ers are usually sensitive to noise and exposure)
At my worst as a youth/ young adult, I could only go while sitting down in a cubicle, and with complete silence and nobody else within close range.
Paruresis perpetuates itself.
Anyway, keep it up onlyafool, success breeds success.
Finding good toilets with a lots of bowls and/or a couple of walls with good distance is a good start for success.
My first successes at a urinal were at a large L-shaped trough, with the other guy some distance away and not directly facing me.
