Medication?

So i'm getting a little better i think, i've heard anxiety medication may help? Can someone help me with this, who knows some medication maybe?

I have tried small amounts of Valium (prescribed by my GP) many years ago. I would take about 2mg about 10 mins before I tried to urinate at work. It didn't really seem to help much at the time.
You would need to talk to your GP to see what he would recommend as you will need to get a script to take to the chemist.
