Looking for a mate to practice - Southern/Bayside Subs of Melbourne

Hi There,
I'm in my 50s and had this forever.
I'm looking for a partner to practice Gradual Exposure Therapy to help kick this thing.
Someone local for easy and regular meets would be great.
