Yer i know that just places less likely to have many people there and such. Self employment isnt a bad idea what helps for paruresis ive tried breath holding and having no progress?

Ok, I have been suffering with paruresis all my life i want everyones take i can only go if noone else is in the toilet is that the same as everyone else?
Those who are cured what worked for you? Also having trouble finding decent employment where i can use my own toilet thanks

Okay ive been practicing at home sure to try out when people are around, Also when im desperate ive been able to go sitting down its not a good thing but if your desperate and have a missfire its one to try.

I looked it up really differant, some people say they have to be at the toilet before they take a breath others say you walk up to the toilet holding your breath whats your take on this ive been quite bad with this all my life only just really found out what it was

didn't know the breathhold worked i thought it was garbage i may have to try that

goodluck with it all i find it hard to find somewhere good to work

club hop till you find one with a decent amount of cubils. or casino

i had a nurse right outside the toilet you only need a little bit they can tilt it to hit the testing bit. i just forced my self and a little bit came out hard to find a good place to work with this conidtion
