Re: Drug Testing - Major Changes

Rossco, In the industry I work in, employess are subject to "random" drug tests - which is more likely "targeted" - as they know who the past offenders are, and are often tipped off on who has been known to have smoked pot, or used other recreational drugs. They use urine, as far as I know, and refu...

Re: Don't loiter in loud clothing

Chas, I don't think that we need to be paranoid about "security cameras" watching us in shopping centres, or other public places. That is just our secondary paruresis talking that we are going to "stand out in the crowd", or be mistaken for a weirdo or unsavoury character. Ironically, most paruretic...

Waterless Urinals

I have seen this advertised on http://www.desert.com.au and http://www.urinal.net This is a disturbing trend, that will only make Australian male public toilets even worse than they already are, if that is possible. Whilst I am a hell of a lot better than I once was, I will never forget the terrible...

Re: introduction

gottago, My paruresis started at a similar time to you, ie in the 2nd half of Primary School. Not sure why it started - change of school etc, but there is not point in getting bogged down trying to analyse "why it started", which is a trap for young players in the paruretic sense. Where and when it ...

Re: SYDNEY AP SUPPORT GROUP MEETING –My experiences – 7thMay

G'day Rossco, Keep up the good work mate. Hope to attend the Sydney Support Groups in June and July at this stage have it pencilled in. By the way it was "chas" who responded to peeshy87's introductory post down below. He also made the observation that the cubicles weren't real flash at the pissoir ...

Re: List of good toilets for exposure practice

In reference to my other post "Newcastle Sojourn", the toilets of Westfield Kotara - one of, if not the largest shopping centre in Newcastle, are a must. Urinal Dividers are at quite a few locations, and even one with full length dividers on Level 1. These are hard to come by, and for those just beg...

Re: Newcastle Sojourn

Chas, I don't know how advanced you are with your recovery, but I would try public toilets with bowls with more than one wall, ie 2 or 3, to minimise the chance of someone standing right next to you, and take it from there. Surely these exist in a city with 100,000 people like Toowoomba. Alternative...

Newcastle Sojourn

G'day all, Well today, just managed to properly check out some toilets at major shopping centres in magnificent Newcastle, NSW, as well as the solubrious University of Newcastle. For those that don't know me, I live just outside of Newcastle in the Lower Hunter, and probably closer to the city and b...
