I think this years workshop was great, i learnt a lot of new strategies and got to express my story to more people. Id like to thank john for running it and everyone else i have had so much progress because of it.

Just recently started from peeing two doors down from someone to next to them in a cubical my case of paruresis is severe and is slowly becomming better.
So i have kept practicing alot and was wondering when transitioning what should i do practice alot for weeks or go back to normal practicing?

How does it help, and what do they say? I thought about it numerous times and personally think gradual exposure is the only way.

I have severe paruresis it has gotten a little bit better i honestly don't have any negative thoughts when im in the toilet but i think it's just tuned into my brain that i can't wonder if they could fix that don't see how though any thoughts?
