Hello,
Hope everyone is well.
Very strange times at the moment.
Has anyone been impacted by the coronavirus?
I and many others may feel isolated at the moment.
So I wanted to start a thread to open up a conversation
Between us all. How is everybody coping?

Re: My Experience With Paruresis
I guess there are ways of relaxing. Either with medication, self talk as in what will happen if i don't go? nothing. Gradual exposure will lessen the anxiety of going. The other part is if a workmate knows youre in the cubicle not urinating what's the worst he could say? what are you doing in there.

more success
After a minor misfire i was successful at a urinal with a urinator 2 urinals down. With a bit of practice and positive attitude it is possible i never thought I'd be able to urinate at a urinal in my life
Good luck with everyone and there goals.
