Re: Weekly Melbourne Practice Sessions

This really is a great bunch of guys, I drove three hours to be part of last Thursday nights session and it was well worth the travel. It's great to know there are such supportive people out there. It's a really relaxed evening sitting around having a few drinks, piss practicing and debriefing after...

The space-time continuum...

Yesterday I made a couple of entries into my diary about my latest practicing experience. I visited a toilet that I always avoid, I didn't have much urgency and my plan was to just enter a cubicle and use my iphones stopwatch to experience how long 2 minutes of waiting really feels. Unfortunately al...

Re: Slipping back to old mind patterns ...so soon!

Thanks for the advice John, will definitely talk to the boys in Melbourne about it. I did have another temporary set-back over the weekend at an event that I used as a practice session. To cut a long story short I misfired again, twice. I ended up going to a toilet on the way home and was successful...

Slipping back to old mind patterns ...so soon!

I recently participated in the Melbourne workshop, once again I was on a high for many days after, I felt I had a logical approach to recovery. I caught up for a practice session with the other participants from the Melbourne group, it was a great night, I had my successes and some failures. I came ...

Re: Mini Melbourne Workshop a HUGE success!

Thanks John, glad to hear you enjoyed yourself to. I know the other four got together last night and hopefully we'll get a report on how it all went. Although I won't be able to be part of the regular group I will make sure I take advantage of any opportunity when I'm in Melbourne. Something 'clicke...

Mini Melbourne Workshop a HUGE success!

Just wanted to tell everybody how rewarding the Melbourne workshop was for myself. I will start by thanking John for taking the time to plan and execute the 'mini' workshop for just five of us, it proved to be extremely worthwhile. Also to the small bunch of guys who attended and shared their storie...

Good experience with GP and Urologist

Hi everybody, it's been a while since posting, so long in fact I forgot my UN and PW! Anyway I have somewhat regressed in my battle against paruresis. While it no longer completely rules my life it still effects many choices I make. I realised a couple of years ago a poor self image is at the heart ...
