Western Sydney support group
Just writing to say myself and one other paruretic have now done two Sundays in a row of graded exposure work at a public venue- lots of toilets and lots of people. Hi, yes I'v been doing this for quite a while. To me it's a good example of becoming more in touch with your body. That is knowing and understanding how your body feels.
